Shipping policy

We’re so excited to get your Prettiefix order to you.

Shipping rates:

Free Shipping, Orders over $80

Standard Shipping (Urban)= $5.50

Standard Shipping (Urban) Photo or Sign= $6.50

Rural Shipping = $13. 50                                                       

New Zealand orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders will be processed within 24 business hours. Order processing operates from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). If your order is received after 2pm on Friday afternoon, it will be shipped out on Monday.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

North Island: 1–3 business days

South Island: 2–4 business days

Please note: rural deliveries may take slightly longer.

Important Delivery Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Prettiefix is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.

For added security, we recommend selecting:

Signature Required, or Photo Delivery Confirmation at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
Prettiefix is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
